I am an EMDR-certified clinician, with a special focus on trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression. I also incorporate Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, reflective, and strengths based.
