I provide psychotherapy and comprehensive psychological evaluations to children, teens, and adults. I utilize an integrative approach in therapy, drawing from different evidenced-based treatments to best meet your needs. These include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT). My style is warm, collaborative, and relational.
