Welcome to Chrysalis Mental Health — a place where transformation begins. I am a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania and Ohio with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University and a Master of Science in Administration of Justice, with a concentration in Forensic Mental Health Treatment. I also have advanced training as a behavior specialist in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
I provide psychotherapy and behavioral services to adults (18+) facing a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges.
It takes strength and courage to begin therapy. I honor that courage by offering a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. My approach is collaborative and compassionate — together, we work to understand what’s getting in the way of growth, and begin building practical, meaningful change.
I provide a safe judgement-free space where my clients can feel comfortable discussing their issues. I have found the process of developing a therapeutic relationship to be profound to facilitating growth and change. Whether you’re navigating parenting struggles, working through emotional pain, or trying to support your child’s behavior, I’m here to help.

Groups
Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors Group (BFRB)
BFRB is a general term for a group of related disorders that includes hair pulling (trichotillomania), skin picking (dermatillomania), and other, less-recognized behaviors like nail biting and cheek biting, etc. These behaviors are not habits or tics; rather, they are complex psychological disorders that cause people to repeatedly touch their hair and body in ways that result in physical damage. BFRB recovery is strongly supported by building bridges of communication, both to ourselves and to others. That's what this group is all about.
