Welcome to Divine Mind Services and Consulting, PLLC- “I’m a therapist specializing in evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges.
