Dr. Xu received her doctorate degree in clinical psychology from Loma Linda University. She completed her doctoral internship in clinical psychology in the neuropsychology track and her post-doctoral fellowship in neuropsychology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center/Massachusetts Mental Health Center/Harvard Medical School. She is a member of the International Neuropsychological Society and the Massachusetts Neuropsychological Society. Dr. Xu has published and presented research at many conferences and in peer-reviewed journals.
She continues to collaborate on research projects examining predictors and mediators of psychiatric conditions on neuropsychological performances. Dr.
Xu provides neuropsychological evaluation and treatments for individuals with medical/neurological conditions (including dementia, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis, head injury, brain tumor, epilepsy, sleep disorders, substance use), psychiatric disorders (including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia), and neurodevelopmental disorder
