I feel privileged to witness each client’s unique journey toward healing and growth.
As an immigrant from Taiwan, I understand the cultural barriers that can impact mental health. I am fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese, in addition to English, which allows me to connect with a diverse range of clients more deeply and authentically.
I work with individuals facing depression, anxiety, and trauma. My approach is person-centered and strength-based, grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship. I use CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed methods—always respecting that you lead your own healing journey.
