I work with BIPOC adults and couples impacted by childhood sexual abuse. Many of the people I support have built meaningful lives and relationships, yet despite their best efforts, something still isn't working. Some may be exhausted from constantly being “on” and carrying so much alone. In relationships, it can feel difficult to receive love, trust themselves, or feel truly understood. They may grapple with fear or find that rest is out of reach. Many want more than symptom relief; they want to enjoy the life and relationships they've worked so hard to build.

Therapy with me is a collaborative partnership. We slow down together and notice what’s most present in your thoughts, feelings and body. Healing happens through relationship, with ourselves, our bodies, our partners and our communities. As a Black, Latina queer therapist, I understand how culture and identity shape our experiences of wounding and healing.

You don't have to carry it all alone. I hope therapy can be a space where all of you feels safe, welcomed, and valued—including your strengths, vulnerabilities, identities, and every part of who you are.
