Are you an athlete or active gym goer tired of having a complicated relationship with food, your body, and exercise? You find yourself struggling with anxiety and confidence. You spend hours training for health and performance but still find yourself binge eating, restricting food, or over-exercising in an attempt to control your body and emotions. As a former athlete, I understand the pressures you face. I specialize in helping gym-goers and athletes overcome eating disorders, manage anxiety, and heal from trauma so they can find balance and thrive again.
I help individuals heal from eating disorders and trauma by providing a supportive space to rebuild their relationship with food, body, and self. As a sports counselor, I equip athletes with skills to overcome performance slumps, fear of failure, self-doubt, and burnout—helping them regain confidence, resilience, and a healthier approach to training.
