I specialize in helping athletes and high achievers improve their confidence, recover from eating disorders, manage anxiety, and heal from trauma to achieve long lasting change.

As an eating disorder therapist, I help clients address the root causes of emotional pain that impacts eating behaviors, including anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, and body image issues. As a sports counselor and former D1 athlete, I provide athletes with skills to overcome self-doubt, over-exercise, and performance slumps.
