I have experience working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. I have been trained in several different theoretical orientations, but I prefer to tailor to my client’s individual needs. I tend to take a holistic approach to therapy. Not only do I consider my client’s mental health concerns, but also their physical, spiritual, and social well-being.
Something that is important to me is being culturally competent and respecting the diversity of my clients. This may include but is not limited to ethnicity, religion, gender identity, and sexual orientation. With my experience in the field, I understand the importance of taking into consideration the diversity of my clients and how it shapes their lives.
