About

I have eight years of experience in the field working with women, children, and families. I use therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy. I specialize in providing support for those experiencing depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and domestic violence. Furthermore, I offer trauma recovery for youth and adolescents, guidance for healthy teen dating, and values and goals exploration.
I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist who is passionate about helping clients become better versions of themselves. I practice through a person-centered, strengths-based approach. I strive to create an open space where my clients can feel safe to share, be heard, and have the opportunity to heal.
I know how challenging it is to get 'unstuck'. My goal is to help my clients feel good. Based on your ideal future self, I will create a personalized treatment plan, and I will support you until your goals are met.
