Announcement icon I am not accepting new clients at this time.
I am extremely passionate about helping clients work through the rough and uncomfortable experiences of their lives. I believe every person comes to therapy with their own individual needs, and my role is to help facilitate their individual needs. Therefore, I adapt my interventions based on a comprehensive assessment of who you are and exactly what you need.
I offer care for individuals (children, youth, adults), couples and families who are experiencing difficult life transitions, depression, anxiety, anger issues, relationship issues, self-harm, and ADHD. I aim to create a safe place for you to express yourself honestly and free of judgment.
My approach to therapy is open, honest, and direct. I believe that those who seek counseling will reap the benefits of the work they put in to be their best selves. Through a collaborative, therapeutic relationship, we will work together to form healthy coping methods and ways to assist you along your journey to wholeness and healing!
