I am passionate about working with individuals who are navigating life transitions, emotional struggles, identity development, and more. As a therapist, my goal is to meet these individuals where they are by honoring their unique stories while helping them move toward the life they envision.
I specialize in supporting individuals who are working through trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, and life transitions. Using person-centered, strengths-based approach, offering evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing (MI), etc.
