I have worked in the mental health field in three states for a total of 20 years. I work through a trauma informed approach, culturally responsive and intersectional lens . Each individual has a unique set of experiences regardless of background. My goal is to understand your needs and help you improve life how you desire. I work with individuals of all ages professional women/moms and families of all backgrounds (not limited to immigrants & bicultural/biracial).

In turn you will make better choices, confront challenges, learn positive coping skills and create healthy, long-lasting changes in your life.

I will help you learn to navigate internal, familial, racial or communal systems so that you can live authentically and be in alignment with your values.
