Y.F.S.W. Counseling is a black owned virtual practice serving perinatal women and couples in the state of Florida. We specialize in the mental health treatment of perinatal women who are experiencing mood or anxiety disorder symptoms that make day-to-day function extremely difficult. Sometimes pregnancy is not a happy experience and complications, perinatal loss, adjusting to a new body, sleep deprivation and other components of this experience may have an impact on a woman's psychological and emotional wellbeing. If you or a loved one is concerned about your mood and behavior, we would love to have a consultation call with you.

We offer support regarding the following mental and emotional challenges: Postpartum Depression and Anxiety, Birth Trauma Support, Miscarriage and Loss Counseling, Couples or Family Therapy for New Parents, Fertility and Infertility Counseling, Pregnancy Support, Perinatal Mindfulness and Stress Management.

We have considered your unique barriers by offering both in-person and online therapy services for individuals who have difficulty attending in-person sessions. The first step is frightening!
