Using primarily CBT and DBT concepts, we will trace the thought processes behind negative emotions and coping. We will build up your “emotional toolbox” with skills that you can put into action in your everyday life. These skills can help you to successfully respond to triggers and negative feelings, leading to healthy moods and more stable emotional health.
Personality disorders, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, depression, bipolar, and other emotional issues can all feel debilitating, but we can make strides together to confront what troubles you. I can work with Chinese Mandarin, and have experience in a cross-cultural and interracial marriage that can help if you struggle connecting in relationships.
