Changes in relationships and life circumstances can bring about challenging feelings. I see folx for individual, couples, and sex therapy to help people navigate: high conflict, communication issues, trauma, anxiety, avoidance, trust issues, shame, infidelity/betrayal, desire discrepancy, erectile dysfunction, sexual avoidance and more. My clients usually seek therapy because they feel stuck and fed up with where they are and are looking to learn, change, and transition to a place where they are at peace within themselves, satisfied in their relationships and have greater clarity in their direction and confidence in themselves.
After hearing the unique stories of my clients and their familial and cultural background, I compassionately and directly draw on individual and couples therapy models to help people uncover unconscious patterns and beliefs that feed stuck cycles. From there, clients are supported and empowered to decide for themselves their next best step.
