I completed a Bachelor of Science in Experimental Psychology from the University of South Carolina – Upstate in 2013 and a Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina – Columbia in 2016. Moreover, I completed various trainings in trauma (EMDR), relationship/sexual issues, and depression/anxiety.
I utilize many different therapy methods throughout the therapeutic process. This allows me to find the proper therapy method that fits you, while not trying to force you into a box. I focus on connecting with your authentic self as we work through your concerns.
