Hello, my heart is to walk alongside you, providing compassionate, clinically sound counseling that respects and integrates Christian faith when desired. I am honored to support the emotional and mental health needs of those in the church community and beyond. Whether you are weighed down by anxiety, shame, past trauma, or life transitions, you will be met with compassion and empathy. If you are seeking a safe, supported space to process life’s challenges, I will listen and walk with you toward hope, healing, and restoration.
My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and solution focused. I create a safe space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. Using empathetic listening, collaborative goals, and motivational interviewing, I help clients build insight, and coping skills. With children and adolescents, I may incorporate creative and play-base.
For clients who desire it, I offer Christian counseling that thoughtfully integrates faith into therapy. This may include prayer, reflection on Scripture, and exploring how spiritual beliefs support emotional healing and restoration.
