I have worked with at-risk youth and survivors of domestic violence. I understand the importance of showing up with empathy and curiosity. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients examine their thought patterns, understand their behaviors, and find new ways to cope and grow.
As a first-generation Mexican American woman, I try bring a strong sense of cultural identity and pride into my work. I identify as a wife, daughter, sister, friend, Latina, advocate, and animal lover. These roles inform my perspective and strengthen my ability to relate to others with authenticity.
