About
I provide contemporary counseling and therapy to diverse women, woman/feminine identified, and non-binary people. I aim to improve their healing and well-being for good mental health. I work with adults 18 years old and over who are dealing with anxiety, depression, gender or trauma/stressor issues, and all other women-specific issues. I use an integrative approach where I include mind, body, and spirit. I offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space.
I embrace and honor diversity, equality, equity, inclusion, and multiculturalism: Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders (AAPI) Women, Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) Women, Cisgender Women, Latinas, LGBQIA2S+ People, Non-binary People, Transgender Women, Woman/Feminine-Identified People, Women of Color (WOC), Women Veterans.
My goal is to promote and improve mental health services that represent my dedication to cultural competency and social change in my communities. As a 9/11 survivor, and an Air Force and Army veteran, I am dedicated to helping survivors on their journey to healing and recovery. I explore global cultures and support clients with diversity related issues.
