As a psychotherapist, I invite you to show up with your full, untranslated, and sometimes confusing self. I work with individuals, couples, and polycules navigating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, identity, and relationship concerns, including longstanding patterns often associated with dissociation and personality disorders. I have specific experience supporting queer and trans BIPOC communities that have been shaped by race, gender, sexuality, power, or institutional harm. I believe healing is grounded in a meaningful dynamic between therapist and patient, where trust, curiosity, and emotional safety make growth possible.
Much of our work focuses on patterns shaped by early attachment, lived experience, and unspoken dynamics that continue to influence how you relate to yourself and others. We'll pay close attention to what unfolds between us in the room, including moments of connection, rupture, and repair, as these experiences often hold important pathways toward healing.
I approach therapy with trauma-informed and emotionally-focused care for intensity, complexity, and ambivalence, understanding these as meaningful parts of a person’s relational world. When appropriate, I incorporate evidence-based treatments such as DBT, CPT, and PE, adapted for each person's goals for growth and change.
