I love working with individuals who are going through life transitions and enjoy being an anchor that people can hold onto when the waves of change pull a little harder. Whether you are making meaningful career decisions or navigating unfamiliar systems as you enter new cultural experiences, I would love to assist in the process and support you as you find your way.
I have experience working in non-profit organizations, outpatient mental health clinics and hospitals. My current work uses DBT/CBT-informed, person-centered approaches to help manage depression, anxiety, challenges faced by immigrants/refugees, life transition/adjustment issues, relationship conflict, stress management and relaxation, trauma and loss.
Coming from a bicultural background, I know what it means to feel lost and still carry on. My hope is that I can help you make your way in the world on a path that is uniquely yours, to help you define what home is for you, and to find the peace you know is there.
