About
I have immediate openings for new clients. I specialize in individual therapy for depression, anxiety, stress related to family and relationships dynamics, eating disorders, and trauma-related stressors. Engaging in a therapeutic process requires vulnerability and courage; I admire and respect you for making the decision of going through the journey to your inner world.
I offer an integrative, client-centered approach. I utilize several evidence-based skills such as CBT, DBT, ACT and mindfulness, along with Systemic, Transpersonal and Existentialist therapy. I can also provide sound meditation sessions as part of your healing journey, in order to empower positive cognitive change and promote self-observation.
My practice is based on radical acceptance; I provide a safe therapeutic space to walk along others in building awareness of their emotional, cognitive and behavior patterns in order to create a more regulated, healthier version of themselves.
