My approaches are a combination of estern philosophy/holistic/mindfulness practice and evidence based cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamics, attachment, solution focused, strength based therapy.
I'm Mandarin bilingual, have lived in both Communist and Capitalist societies.
