Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to connect. My name is Xian (she/her). I am a first-generation, "third culture kid," Chinese-American therapist who is excited to connect with clients who are navigating intersectional identities, intergenerational trauma, acculturative stressors, and cross-cultural relationships. I strive to provide tailored insights and offerings to help clients notice beliefs about themselves and relational patterns, in order to feel liberated to live authentically according to your values.
I believe therapy is a deeply collaborative and relational process. By co-creating a nurturing space to notice and explore the narratives shaped by your familial, cultural, and systemic environments, my hope is that you will experience greater freedom, flexibility, and ease.
