I'm Xero (they/them), and my therapeutic focus areas include: ADHD & autism; sex, intimacy, & sexual trauma; queerness & LGBTQ+ issues; nonstandard relationships (polyam, kink, etc.); and religious/cult trauma. I also support individuals and relationships with a wide range of general needs (depression, anxiety, communication, etc.). I'm currently accepting new clients!
I prioritize a curiosity-based framework that emphasizes individual stories, perspectives, & lived experiences. I'm adaptive, flexible, & eclectic, using the best approaches for YOU. We'll talk about intersection of identity and the messy sociocultural baggage we all carry, ideally with a focus on encouraging comfortable - but radical - honesty.
