Hello, I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist California, and work with clients via tele-health.I have 17 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families and couples, helping them achieve their mental health goals. This will happen by understanding their emotions and providing them with the tools to improve their emotional and psychological well-being. Emotional problems, depression, relationship problems, behavioral problems, anger management and ADHD are my strongest areas.
Most often I use Cognitive -Behavioral to help clients achieve their goals. I give clients the tools to overcome their symptoms and I teach them how to use them.
My first session with you is important to me and you. I will ask you questions to learn about you and your problems, discuss my initial thoughts and observations about what you shared with me, and provide an overview of our sessions. I will answer any questions you have.
