I specialize in helping those struggling with food, body image, or eating disorders. For many people, worries about what they eat or what their body looks like have begun to take up too much mental space. It often shows up as feeling out of control around food, being stuck in a cycle of guilt after eating, or constantly checking what you look like in the mirror. Diet culture can intensify these struggles, making it difficult to know what a healthy relationship with diet and exercise actually looks like. I assure you that it's possible to build a life where these struggles no longer dominate your thoughts, or your sense of self.
While much of my work focuses on food and body image concerns, I also help individuals, couples, and families navigate relationship challenges. Relationships with partners and family members can deeply impact emotional well-being.
