I like to utilize cognitive behavioral therapy as well as a rational emotive behavior therapy approach help replace negative self-defeating thoughts with positive thoughts and feelings about yourself. I'm here to help. I understand seeking help can evoke feelings of embarrassment or fear but it's okay. You are definitely making a great choice.
