I work with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life transitions. Many of my clients are used to pushing through stress alone until it begins affecting their relationships, work, or daily functioning. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, gain insight into what’s holding them back, and develop healthy coping skills to move forward with confidence and create meaningful change.
I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stressors. Using a client-centered approach with CBT and Motivational Interviewing, I help clients build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and create lasting, meaningful change aligned with their goals.
