A divinely sacred space to heal the parts of you that words alone may not fully reach. Many people carry stress, trauma, and emotional pain not only in the mind but also within the nervous system... the body itself. These experiences can quietly shape relationships, self-worth, emotional reactions, and the ability to feel safe, connected, or fully present in life. I offer compassionate, trauma-informed support for individuals and couples (including LGBTQIA+ and polyamorous partners) seeking deeper healing and meaningful change.
As a somatic therapist, I integrate body-based therapy, mindfulness, and counseling into a holistic healing approach that serves your nervous system to help you process and reconnect your mind, body, and spirit. You will feel more grounded and empowered.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you’ve been carrying things on your own for a long time. Our work together will move at a pace that feels supportive, collaborative, and safe while honoring both your lived experience and your body’s natural wisdom for healing.
