I work best with clients who know what it's like to struggle - whether the struggle is emotional, physical, financial, or spiritual in nature. My clients typically want a place where they have the room and safety to work through hard topics without judgment on their character, but also someone who will challenge them and assist them in pushing themselves in their growth. They want these things because they truly desire growth in their lives, and they know they can't achieve it with a "yes man" as their therapeutic partner.
I specialize in working with individuals from a "shame-less" approach. Regardless of the issue, I believe my clients have a right to deal with their burdens without feeling shameful about them. Through cognitive-behavioral talk therapy and EMDR trauma therapy, I work to promote safety and growth for those seeking to achieve their greatest potential.
