Radiant Mothers
Mindfulness-Based CBT-I Group for Pregnant Moms A safe, evidence-based, non-medication approach to treating insomnia during pregnancy. This group offers Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to improve sleep quality, reduce anxiety, and support maternal mental health. Program Details: • 5–8 weeks • Online format • $200–$300 per person Participants will learn sleep scheduling, cognitive restructuring, stimulus control, and mindfulness techniques to improve rest, reduce stress, and build coping tools for pregnancy and postpartum.
