Trans Peer Support Group

Express Yourself Therapy is now offering a Transgender peer support group. This support group will be focusing on holding space for Transgender identifying individuals who are Pre and Post - op gender affirming medical transition. We will also be offering letter writing and resources sharing for medical transition. Our hope is to offer a therapeutic space for folks to create community, share experiences, and feel supported in their transition. All transgender identifying individuals are welcome!

Trans Process Group

This is a short term space for trans people to meet and support each other in response to the current political landscape. This group will be run by two trans clinicians but it is our hope that folks will use this space to support one another as this country goes further down the line of transphobic fascism. This group is for people who are angry, scared, heartbroken, and lost at how to move forward. We'll meet for an hour once a week for four weeks - this group will be virtual and offered at sliding scale up to $20 per session.
