I specialize in the treatment of PTSD, complex trauma, and grief related to life transitions, loss, and bereavement. Life's experiences can often disrupt our sense of connection to others, the present moment, and our core values. Sometimes it takes a while for us to notice more avoidance, re-experiencing, not being able to shake negativity, or subtle changes to how we react in life. Whether we notice it, or others point it out, these can be key indicators for our need to heal.
I am known for creating a nonjudgemental space that cultivates safety. My approach utilizes evidence-based modalities to treat trauma including Time-Limited Dynamic Psychotherapy (TLDP) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
