Trauma and grief are my areas of expertise. If the ways you have been coping no longer work, if pain has shifted into ongoing suffering, or if you feel persistently on edge, stuck, or disconnected from yourself, others, or the world, we may be a good therapy fit.
I take time to understand the nuance of your lived experience and integrate that with my clinical knowledge to help you feel grounded, safe, and understood within sessions. From there, we work intentionally to translate that safety into your relationships, choices, and daily life so change feels both meaningful and sustainable.
Trauma and loss can disrupt what once felt familiar or safe, leaving you with a sense that something is off. Through depth-oriented talk therapy and/or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I help you make sense of what has changed and support you in creating meaningful, lasting shifts that align with who you are today.
I believe that healing is not linear, and part of my role is to be attuned to your emotional state and empower you with ways to manage the intensity of emotions first. Once life starts to feel manageable, we can then safely explore and heal from the deeper wounds we may hold.

Facing Loss Together: A CBT Approach to Grief
Facing Loss Together is a 12-session trauma-informed cognitive-behavioral group designed to empower individuals who are grieving a loved one who passed within the past 18 months. This group aims to help individuals confront the loss and pain of grieving, rebuild trust, and reengage a sense of control with their grief. This is a group for individuals who want to experience a change in their day-to-day grieving process. The max group size will be 7, session fee is 65, and the anticipated start date is April 15th, 2026.
