Each one of us can sometimes feel like we're not good enough, inadequate, worthless, a failure, have to be perfect, and/or unlovable. These negative beliefs about ourselves can affect our thoughts, feelings, relationships, and behaviors. I find it important to address beliefs and process emotions that keep people stuck and experiencing symptoms such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and low self-esteem.
