Through our counseling relationship we will create goals, set the pace and find your path of healing.
I am a solutions focused counselor who works at your pace with your goals in mind. I have an eclectic practice in which I pull from a number of different techniques and theories, including brain spotting, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, play therapy, gestalt therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I work closely with emergency service personnel.
