Offering online and in person counseling for kids, teens and adults, I am dedicated to providing individualized treatment approaches for each client. As an LCSW I operate from a strength based approach, placing emphasis on an individuals independence, resilience and inherent strengths. Whether you are struggling chronically with mental health or need some help navigating a new life change, therapy can help.
I am trained in a variety of evidence based therapeutic approaches and understands that each client is unique. My specialties include individuals and families in crisis, adult and child survivors of trauma, and those struggling with depression, anxiety and life transitions. Additionally I work with clients involved with Department of Victim Services and DFS
