Hold Me Tight Hold Me Tight® program for couples
Goals: Discovering and addressing dynamics that lead to feeling disconnected, hurt, alone. Understanding and voicing feelings and needs. Begin to repair hurts, injuries, and strengthening trust between you. Rekindle, renew your path together. During this 2 day program, we will integrate videos, teaching & exercises. Couples will work in the intimacy of their own breakout room. Saturday Sunday December in 2023. Cost: $550per couple.
