Hi there! Whether you’re new to therapy or returning to your mental health journey, it can be scary to lean into your vulnerability and ask for support. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to take that first step, so I’m here to meet you where you are. My passion is working with LGBTQIA+ teens and young adults as they navigate life’s complexities. I work with people experiencing anxiety that won’t quiet down, the challenges and strengths of neurodivergence, questions around identity, big life transitions, and complex relationships.
I value humor, authenticity, and curiosity in the therapeutic space. My priority is to provide an affirming and non-judgmental space for you to explore your strengths that support your mental health goals. I utilize narrative therapy techniques, psychoeducation, attachment theory, and IFS techniques to help clients reconnect with their sense of self.
Being a human is complicated, but everyone deserves the chance to explore their story and grow into the most authentic version of themselves.
