At Wreh's Wellness Services, we enjoy working with children (ages 5+), families, adolescents, couples, individuals and groups. We work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stressor related concerns, grief and loss, personality disorders, self-esteem, familial relationship challenges, addiction, trauma and other psychosocial symptoms. We have experiences providing supportive and counseling services to individuals in schools, hospitals, outpatient clinics and in the home.
We aim to create a safe and supportive environment where you can address your mental health needs without judgement. We enjoy helping others while using strength-based approaches, CBT and integrating various treatment therapies to best meet the needs and goals of each individual. We meet individuals where they are, in their journey, and partners with them.

Thursdays' Clinical Supervision Group
This is a closed group for individual seeking licensure supervision hours. Currently, members of the group includes individuals with LSW, and are open to individuals seeking LPC supervision. This group occurs weekly for one hour via Google Meet. During the group, members reflect on their week, review clinical cases and complete weekly exam prep questions and discuss any ethical dilemmas.
