Hello and welcome. People have come to my practice for a variety of reasons. Most commonly, reasons include struggling to cope with life situations, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, and cultural differences. I find many people want to find happiness, peace, and really to be understood.

I believe each person has their own journey in life and I am here to support my clients through that journey. I work with my clients to find out what is most helpful for them to make their journey better for them. I use a person-centered/humanistic approach in therapy where the client takes the lead and building the therapeutic relationship is key. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor with over 15 years of experience working with adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, life transitions, stress, LGBTQIA+ areas, and individual relationship and family issues.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Michael focuses on the importance of the Mind-Body connection. He uses a wide range of therapeutic techniques to help individuals gain insight, work towards desired goals, and reach their true potential. He specializes in treating Anxiety including Generalized Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Panic symptoms, and Phobias.

Paul is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor who has been practicing since 1987. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Master's degree in Educational Psychology. Paul has worked in both the public and private sectors as well as teaching in the college level. Paul has extensive experience providing services to kids, adults, couples and marital therapy. Major focus has been providing services for attention deficit disorders as well as anxiety and depressive disorders. Paul also works with clients who have drug and/or alcohol issues.

With over 20 years experience, Megan uses her clinical skills to empower and improve the mental and emotional well-being of all her patients so that they may live happier, healthier and more productive lives. Her treatment style as is patient-centered that is suited for each patient’s specific needs. She applies a combination of a cognitive-behavioral approach, mindfulness practices, holistic treatment model, and strength-based therapy to assist patients to progress toward emotional health.

Ivaylo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Wisconsin and California. He has a BA and MA in Psychology from Sofia University, Bulgaria and he obtained his MSW from Sacramento State University in California. His past experiences include counseling children and families in a private practice setting, offering general mental health services, teaching, and consulting for police departments. Ivaylo has extensive training in Solution Focused Therapy and has practiced it for over 20 years.

I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve positive changes in their lives. I work with ages 12 and older, individuals and couples. Offering a friendly, positive and humorous outlook,together we will build the skills needed to manage everyday problems to more chronic mental illness. I specialize in empowering my clients to work toward achievable goals. My belief is that there are too many people in the world who will point out when you are "doing things wrong", I am not that person...I will positively reframe the negative and point out the positive.

Dr. Monica Garcia is a Psychologist in Wisconsin practicing in schools for the past 25 years. She has also taught in higher education for approximately 11 years. Dr. Garcia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Alverno College, a Master of Science in Educational Psychology and Doctor of Philosophy in Urban Education from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and an additional Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction administrators license from Silver Lake College.

I believe that everyone can benefit from seeing a therapist as it is a great stress reducer and can help you achieve the most out of life. It is important to have a place to release all worries and stress without fear of being judged. Kimberly is a licensed professional counselor and nationally certified counselor. She earned her master's degree at Marquette University and worked in the mental health field since 2001 providing services at the inpatient, partial, and residential program levels before doing outpatient therapy. Kimberly works collaboratively with adults from a strengths-based perspective, with compassion and a belief in their ability to grow and make positive changes in their lives. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy; however, she pulls from other therapies as well, because every client is unique and has different needs.

Jessica believes in providing mental health therapy for individuals to improve their day to day functioning by developing coping and assertive skills so that individuals can feel empowered to make changes leading to a healthier and more productive life. Jessica's main areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, parenting skills, and behavioral issues.

Alison Schneider is a licensed professional counselor. She received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UW-Madison and a Master's degree in Counseling from Marquette University. Alison works with adults experiencing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, trauma, and co-occurring substance use disorders. She is trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and is currently working towards certification as a trauma treatment professional.

Gina Boyer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing since 2000. She graduated from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, with her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work in 1998 and received her Master's in the same field from the University of Southern Indiana in 2000. She treats clients from age 14 to 99 and beyond. Gina uses an eclectic approach tailored to the unique needs of each person. She works with clients from a strengths-based approach using cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and a variety of other therapeutic models.

Joanne is dually licensed in the state of Wisconsin as a Clinical Social Worker and as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Her practice is limited to adults. She focuses on helping clients develop healthy relationships – within themselves, with partners, peers and family, and with the community at large. She has over thirty five years in clinical practice, and she specializes in the treatment of trauma, depression and anxiety, grief and loss, and marital/relationship issues.
