I offer specialized support for healing professionals seeking somatic support for themselves to sustain and enhance their work.
For more than 23 years I've helped people heal in their communities, in health clinics, and in private practice. My approach is somatic (body-oriented), based in neuropsychology and attachment concepts. I'm a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, an advanced student of Hakomi Method, and I bring a wide lens on justice and ancestral inheritance.
I have a background in movement arts and earth-based practices with specialized experience supporting child/parent relationship and attachment at any age, LGBTQIA people, and Latino/a/Latinx people. Se habla español.
