We are a mental health spa/gym where anyone can exercise their minds, heal through Mindfulness meditation, get accountability for self-care, and individual psychedelic support. From our research, we offer the Path of the Wounded Healer for those who are looking for ongoing support, mental wellness, and common sense approach. Through the lens of Positive Psychology and Recovery, we support healing through bodywork, regulation, and psychedelics as plant medicine. We are a co-op of healers that provide services like somatic-based approaches like psychedelic care, Brainspotting, BEMER, Neuro/biofeedback, Reiki, and Cranio-Sacral.
We support your healing from developmental trauma, normative ranges of dissociation, and to process universal (all) addictions with modern and ancient healing practices. We offer services for post-traumatic growth, recovery, regulation/resiliency training to enhance your personal, professional performance, and spiritual/moral development.
Often times people's psychological needs are not considered diagnosable (or shouldn't be) and they need to build the healing skills. Our research helps define the spectrum of developmental trauma, normative dissociative process, and universal addictions. Once assessed, we work with you like your own personal trainer, educator, and life/spiritual healer.
