I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Minnesota providing private pay services to address a variety of family and relationship issues, specifically trauma and attachment. Insurance can reduce the personalized care that best fits your needs. I believe in holding space for my clients, making them feel valued and important. Empowerment and change is within your control, you just need the opportunity to share your story and gain the necessary skills. I hope to make therapy as normal as an oil change or haircut.
I have specialty training in EMDR, AIR Network Model, Basic training in ART, Permanency and Adoption Competency Certificate, play therapy and lifespan attachment issues. I enjoy working with family systems and providing a "youthful" approach to issues impacting kids, parents and couples today.
