I specialize in working with adolescents, adults/seniors on an array of different issues. Depression and Anxiety are the most common diagnoses I see daily. I'm also passionate about helping individuals understand the relationships between their Adverse Childhood Experiences and current mental health needs.
One of the most important things I learned from being a Social worker is that I may be a person's last stop for help.
