At Work In Progress Therapy, we are a collaborative team of deeply compassionate, dedicated therapists supporting those navigating the lasting impact of early developmental trauma, as well as hardships and losses of adulthood. Through a warm, trusting therapeutic relationship, we explore patterns shaping anxiety, low self-worth, depression, ADHD, identity, substance use, anger, relationship struggles, and major life decisions. Together, we gently untangle these patterns and transform self-limiting beliefs to restore agency—empowering clients to reclaim or create a life that feels fulfilling, meaningful and authentically their own.
