I see therapy as an art of possibilities—a space to tune into your intuition, desire for change, and expand your sense of what is possible. As you connect more deeply with yourself, your inner knowing and eagerness for life, your life force and energy will become more activated. My approach is rooted in self and collective empowerment and healing through awareness, healthy relations and being connection with nature. My style is warm and engaging, playful, and when called for, challenging of patterns you are ready to change.

I come from a multi-cultural background and work well with people with complex identities who don't fit neatly into a box. My work is informed by my lived experiences of immigrating and navigating various cultures, healing through loss and grief, love and heartbreak, exploring art, music, body movement, and working with plant medicines.

In our sessions, we will explore the nuance and complexities of your life, and help you move in the direction that you're called towards. I welcome those who are ready for self-exploration, navigating life transitions, artists & creatives, healing professionals, BIPOC or those with multi-cultural backgrounds; may we all heal, grow, and evolve.

Healers' Journey - Therapist Support Group

A support/process group for therapists and other healing professionals to gather, discuss the experience and journey of this work, and build connections and camaraderie through mutual support. Topics include self-care and healing, working with counter-transference, identifying and setting boundaries, creating sustainability and longevity, and unspoken topics of the mental health field.
