For over 10 years, I've helped clients who have become overwhelmed by life's challenges or feeling "stuck" in their situation. I help my clients build inner strength and find relief from disturbing emotional, behavioral, and physical symptoms. I specialize in the treatment of trauma and abuse. My motto is, healing doesn't mean the damage never happened. It means the damage no longer controls one's life. Additionally, I specialize in the treatment of ADHD in women and culturally diverse populations.
My theoretical approach encompasses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Additionally, I am certified in Trauma-Focused CBT, an ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider, and EMDR certified.
